ENGINEERING

Today’s Engineers

Engineers are problem-solvers who use science and mathematics to find solutions to the challenges facing society today.  Problem solving in the 21st century involves more than just an understanding of engineering principles, it involves
  • teams of people with diverse educational backgrounds
  • talented problem-solvers able to contribute to improving design, processes and products

Manufacturing Engineering (BS)

Manufacturing Engineers design, plan, develop, improve and manage the machinery, processes & systems that produce the products we use today. (More Information)

Engineering (BS) - Concentrations

Biomedical Engineers combine knowledge of biology & medicine with engineering principles & practices to develop devices and procedures that solve complex medical & health-related problems. (More Information)

Industrial Engineers are big-picture thinkers who organize the people, material, information, equipment & energy to design, develop, implement & improve integrated systems. (More Information)

Mechanical Engineers are problem-solvers who apply the principles of mathematics, physics and related engineering sciences to design & analysis of systems, technology, products and more. (More Information)

Software Engineers deal with the analysis, design, validation, implementation & maintenance of computer software systems.  Our students learn to conceive & develop high-quality software systems for applications. (More Information)
